About Us Freedom Bakery is a family
owned business specializing in intricately
designed cakes since 1975. The bakery
was so named by the founder, Tony Liu,
because it was located on Freedom Boulevard.
In an effort to
distinguish ourselves from competition, we
focused on cake drawings instead of the
traditional figurine or toy decorations. We
became master painters of cakes! In early
1997, a new generation of decorating
machines was introduced to the bakery
world. This incredible machine used the
latest in computer technology to "imprint"
photographic quality images onto cakes. The
introduction of this machine was a win-win
situation for us and our customers. The new
technology allowed us to reproduce superior
quality images at a lower cost to our
customers. What was once a $40 to $50
decoration was now reduced to $10 to $20.
It also allowed our customers the chance to
create their own designs by designing their
images in their computers at home or
business.
To further enhance our product offering
and better serve our customers, we launched
a new product line,
Cookie
Greetings®, which utilizes the machine's
amazing ability to reproduce images in fine
detail. The introduction of these cookies
in 1997 were well received by both our
retail and corporate customers. They have
been used in a wide variety of events that
include product launches, trade show
handouts, anniversary celebrations, birthday
& wedding favors, sale call leave behinds,
etc. In conjunction with the launch of
Cookie Greetings®, we also made our entry
into the online world with the launch of
FreedomBakery.com.
In our continuing effort to better serve
our customers, eBake.com was launched in
January, 2000. The site was created to help
us better serve our growing customer base
across the country.
In 2001, we launched a new product line,
Foto
Cocoa™ which features full color imaging
on chocolates. Just like the Cookie
Greetings line, this product will be a hit
at any party celebrating any occasion. The
full color imaging process provides maximum
flexibility.
In 2003, we launched
Color Tins™
which uses a special process to imprint full
color images onto tins.
As we move forward, we will continue in
our commitment to innovate and provide you
with unique products at reasonable prices.
Thank you for doing business with us. |
